Pere me Bob Dylan u zadnje vrijeme, CD sam kupio kolekcionarstva radi (on je ipak jedan od must_have umjetnika) te je time moje iznenađenje veće kada sam skužio koliko su njegovi tekstovi puni aktivizma i skrivenih poruka:

Tvornica relativnosti

Baš kako sam i predvidio, dobit hrvatskih poduzetnika u 2005 je rekordno velika, pitanje je samo trenutka kada će vladajuća struktura uletiti u kampanju kojom će na sve raspoložive megafone razglasiti kako nam nikada nije bolje išlo nego sada. Ono što će vjerojatno previdjeti je sitni detalj kako je tijekom 2004 godine promijenjena regulativa oko amortizacije i koja je dramatično ograničila slobodu poduzetnika oko tog poreznog štita. Tijekom ove godine ponovno je promijenjena regulativa o porezu na dobit, pa tako pojedini troškovi (posebice oni koji se odnose na istraživanje i razvoj) više nisu priznati kao porezne olakšice. Činjenica je kako se donekle liberalno shvaćanje amortizacije može koristiti kao svojevrsni porezni štit i da uz kreativnu upotrebu amortizacije možete odgoditi plaćanje poreza na dobit, no to je uvijek kratkoga daha i to se koristi onda kada želite poboljšati novčani tok. Porez na dobit je tradicionalno minorni prihod proračuna i u principu to je prinos na kapital poduzetnika. Ako malo bolje pogledate strukturu poreza na dobit po vrstama poduzetnika (mali, srednji, veliki) ili odnos tih poreza po županijama dolazimo do nekih vrlo zanimljivih zaključaka:

  • veliki poduzetnici zapošljavaju 48% zaposlenih u privredi,
  • ostvaruju  62% dobiti,
  • i 61% ukupnih prihoda.

Prije nekoliko dana, naš prethodni ministar financija Mato Crkvenac pomalo sramežljivo je i profesorski odadio konferenciju za novinare u SDPu gdje je prezentirao brojeve o katastrofalnom stanju u rastu vanjskog duga, javnog duga i općenito o našem gospodarstvu. Vlatko Maček, aktualni spin_doctor trenutne vlasti odmah se bacio u kontraofenzivu (misteriozno, nisam uspio niti na jednom portalu pronači Mačekov odgovor, kao da je u zemlju propao, a na stranicama vlade posljednja objava je od 21. srpnja 2006.). U svakom slučaju, fora je da je Crkvenac govorio o brojevima, dok je Maček odgovarao u postocima. I doista, kada se govori o postocima, brojke idu u korist trenutne vlade, jer je 25% rasta dugovanja manje od 40% dugovanja koje se desilo u vrijeme vladavine SDPa, no istovremeno, akoMrkva i magarac brojimo euro po euro, tada je situacija sasvim suprotna (ovo nisu stvarne brojke jer ih nisam uspio naći, a nije mi se dalo to kompajlirati sa deset adresa; no poanta je nepogrešivo u tome).

Nezaposlenost je sve manja, što je sjajan rezultat, no osim što se djelomično šlepamo na sezonskim rezultatima koje će se naglo povećati već od kolovoza, možda bi bilo dobro usporediti i broj zaposlenih u privatnom sektoru koji je po rezultatima državnog zavoda za statistiku pao u odnosu na prošlu godinu. Neki se pitaju kuda idu divlje svinje, a mene zanima kuda su nestali nezaposleni (može biti da je metodologija izračuna promijenjena pa neki ispadnu s popisa prije ili kasnije, hmmm – sigurno nije to ;)?

I posljednje, plaća u javnom sektoru se pojavila niotkuda usred kolovoza kao tema koju su (vjerovali ili ne), načeli vladajući. WTF? em tih službenika imamo da ih možemo izvoziti, em im sada još moramo i dići plaće kako bi sustigli neki hrvatski prosjek. Ono što vam nitko ne kaže je da se njihove vlastite plaće računaju u taj isti prosjek, tako da je šansa da se taj prosjek ikada sustigne u stvari ravan nuli jer čim mi njima dignemo plaće, odmah naraste naglo i prosjek i opet imamo novi cilj; to je poput onog magarca koji na štapu ispred sebe ima mrkvu. I sada čitam ovu analogiju s magarcem i mrkvom i čudim se koliko je to duboka usporedba u konkretnom slučaju.

Polako ali sigurno ulazimo u izbornu godinu, populista kakav je, drIvo će nam servirati državni proračun kakvog još nismo vidjeli. Jedva čekam.

Toyota Prius, epilog

Osim što sam se vozikao okolo u Priusu dva tjedna, i pritom napravio više od 3000km, dao sam si truda i pokušao pronaći brdo tekstova na temu Priusa. Velika većina njih se odnosi na Prius na američkom tržištu budući da je Prius u europi relativno nov proizvod, a osim toga puno ga je teže prodati zbog iznimno velike raširenosti i popularnosti diesel automobila koji postižu otprilike istu ekonomiju kao i Prius (ovo nije totalno točno jer diesel gorivo sadrži oko 30% više energije, tako da uspoređujući litru za litru ispada da diesel troši manje, no ako mjerimo CO2 plinove tada je Prius i dalje auto koji bitno manje zagađuje okoliš ili pridonosi stakleničkim plinovima).
Osim ovoga, treba spomenuti kako se svugdje (a pod svugdje mislim na ameriku i EU) plaća porez između ostalog i na zagađenje koje pojedini automobil stvara, pa tako Prius (i ostali hibridi) uživaju povlastice na pojedinim tržištima. U americi možete napraviti porezni odbitak u vrijednosti od oko 3100USD po jednom Priusu. U engleskoj možete ući u centar Londona bez da plaćate taksu (navodno oko 1400funti godišnje), u kaliforniji se smijete voziti po ekvivalentu žute trake s hibridom. I na europskim tržištima porez na automobil (kojeg mi efektivno nemamo, tj. imamo onu jednom godišnje taksu) plaćate po ekološkoj normi koja je za Prius daleko najpovoljnija. Hrvatska nema nijedan propis koji bi stimulirao kupnju automobila (ili bilo čega drugoga) što manje zagađuje okoliš, tako da na kupnju automobila nemate nijednu suvislu povlasticu. Usklađenjem pravne regulative s EU, sasvim je sigurno da će neki od zakona i novih propisa ići u korist hibridnih automobila, a na štetu velikih potrošaća i automobila koji značajnije zagađuju okoliš.
